Shipping policy

We currently ship orders within Switzerland.

Shipping cost

We offer free shipping in Switzerland for orders over CHF 20.

For orders below CHF 20, the shipping cost shown at checkout will apply.

Delivery times

Orders are usually prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Once dispatched, most Swiss orders are delivered within 1–2 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on Swiss Post processing times, public holidays, high-demand periods, or circumstances outside our control.

Shipping method

Depending on the size and weight of your order, we ship using Swiss Post letter mail, tracked letter mail, or parcel services.

Order tracking

When tracking is available for your order, you will receive the tracking information by email after dispatch.

Delivery address

Please make sure your delivery address is complete and accurate before placing your order. RYTMO Group Sàrl is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or delayed orders

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time after dispatch, please contact us at hello@rytmo.ch and we will help investigate the issue.

International shipping

At this stage, we do not offer international shipping through the online store unless explicitly stated at checkout.
